Durham District School Board selects TPM Software!

TPM Software was recently selected as the new Special Education Software Solution for the Durham District School Board.

The Durham District School Board (DDSB) has more than 7,000 staff who serve approximately 69,000 students (46,000 elementary and 23,000 secondary).

TPM Software will be used as Durham’s solution for Consent for Services, IEP and IPRC forms, Special Education Allocation Tracking as well as a variety of other integrated templates / forms including their Behaviour Safety Plan, Psychological and Speech-Language Pathology Services Referral forms and many more!

Niagara Catholic to pilot School Profiles within TPM software!

We have launched a pilot project with the Senior Leadership Team from Niagara Catholic District School Board in the use of School Profiles through TPM software. The template has been designed to pull together some of the most relevant data variables on a school (i.e. achievement results, facilities information, personnel details, etc.) that will facilitate quick access to key information by the Sr. Leadership Team members prior to and during a school visit.
In addition to the School Profile template, the Senior staff will be using an integrated “School Visits Log” that will allow the team an efficient means to record the reason for the school visit, take notes during the visit and record follow-up actions that will be shared and accessed by all members of the Sr. Team.

Niagara Catholic District School Board has over 23,000 student in 51 elementary and 8 secondary schools located in the Niagara Region.

Good Spirit School Division in Yorkton, Saskatchewan has selected TPM Software as their data collection tool for a variety areas within Student Services. We will be working with the Good Spirit School Division team to develop their Student Referral Form, the Personal Program Plans (PPP’s), the Impact Assessment templates as well as a tracking form for counsellors.

Good Spirit School Division has approximately 5,900 students and operates 28 schools in 17 communities throughout East Central Saskatchewan.

Avon Maitland District School Board joins the TPM software Community!

Avon Maitland District School Board will be moving forward with TPM software in order to create the one-stop access for information that principals need and to support other central department functions. The Avon Maitland DSB team will be using TPM software to track SEA equipment within the District and they will be working with the Leadership Services Team to develop a new ESL template.

The Leadership Services Team welcomes the Avon Maitland District team to the TPM Software client community.

Avon Maitland District School Board serves a student population of over 17,000 students in 43 Elementary Schools, 10 Secondary Schools and one on-line e-learning school across Huron and Perth Counties in Southwestern Ontario.
