Our CommunityK12 communities utilize Web 2.0 technologies to enable collaboration environments for a variety of educator groups. Colleagues from across Canada can communicate, collaborate and exchange information in a secure virtual professional learning community. Our CommunityK12 communities include Principal CommunityK12 and Teacher CommunityK12.
Our Principal Community is being used by a variety of Principals and Vice Principals to share a variety of documents including school newsletter ideas, school improvement documents, parent and volunteer communication ideas and engage P’s / VP’s in discussions about current event and strategy ideas through blogs and wiki spaces.
Our Teacher Community offers peer to peer collaboration in a secure online environment. Teachers from various districts meet in the community and exchange ideas and classroom resources as well as participate in discussions on topics of interest.
