The Leadership Services Team has been providing project management, technology implementation services and software solutions within the education sector since 2006. We have extensive experience within School Districts in the areas of technology leadership, project management, training and software solution implementation. We have been working with School Districts of various sizes to facilitate the effective use and implementation of information and technology initiatives, implement efficient data collection solutions and to improve access to information for all stakeholders.
Our cornerstone solution being implemented in a variety of client environments is our Transitions, Planning and Monitoring (TPM) software. TPM is very dynamic software solution that enables the collection, organization and reporting of various data sets within a wide range of applications. Existing customers are currently using TPM to facilitate data collection on a wide range of areas / initiatives including (Individual Program Plans, Individual Education Plans, In-School Team case management meetings, elementary to secondary school transitions, Student Success Team meetings, etc.). With TPM’s dynamic data collection template functionality, the Leadership Services Team is effectively able to work collaboratively with a School District to capture various data sets within a school environment, streamlining implementation times and simplifying end user experiences by minimizing the number of software interfaces staff within the School District need to encounter.
TPM is built on enterprise technologies (.NET 3.5 Framework, C#, SQL Server 2008) while the front end of our software features a very dynamic and flexible data collection and reporting template management interface. TPM is a fully web based software application built on AJAX technology.
